Information submitted to Xtra Lessons by parents is used by the Xtra lessons support team. We will contact you via e-mail for homework and to highlight any new promotion. Other information such as progress reports and class schedule will be posted to your account.

Except where we are required by law to disclose information, we require any person or organization to agree to comply with our Privacy Policy. We will take reasonable efforts to ensure that they comply with our Privacy Policy, however we will not assume liability to you if any person or organization fail to do so.

Personal Information Provided by Parents About Children

The Children's Online Protection Act (COPPA) stipulates that we must require the permission of a parent before collecting or using information from children under the age of thirteen (13) . As such, all Xtra Lessons accounts must be created only after prior consent from a parent is obtained. Xtra Lessons, teachers, employees and Xtra Lessons Support Team fully understand and will comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Xtra Lessons does not collect personal information from children online at any point. Xtra Lessons only receives personal information about your children directly from parents when you enroll your child/children into at Xtra Lessons.
